It has been a month since I started eating healthier. I first started with a detox that my doctor recommended, then afterwards I concentrated on my food intake. A week after I started I also included walking on a regular bases (mornings). I was so amazed when I went to the doctors. My A1C dropped to 6.6! Yes! I'm still working on my sodium intake, but I already know I'm on the right track. :)
