100 days of exercise day 3

Today was tough but I did manage to do 30 minutes of floor body weight exercises(bridges,planks, etc). I also got about 30 minutes of walking in at work today. After being on my feet again all day and walking over 12,000 steps my back is just done for the day. I went out to dinner tonight with my husband and when I stood up from the table to leave my hamstring cramped up so bad I almost started crying.I see the chiropractor on Thursday morning and get a massage Thursday night so hopefully I will feel much better Friday. Oh well on to day 4.
