100 days of exercise day 5

It was very hot here today. I did manage to go for a 15 minute walk at work and ride the exercise bike for 35 minutes. Once again while doing it I was reminded what it felt like to exercise with out pain. I also think it is helping my knee because I am able to work my quads with out irritating my knee and causing more swelling. My back did better today because I wasn't on my feet as much as I am on Sundays and Mondays.I only have about 8500 steps today compared to 12500 for Monday. I go to the chiropractor again tomorrow so hopefully he can help my back some more.The best part of tomorrow is that I have a massage scheduled at 4:00 pm!
