I've been struggling for several months now. I've stayed within the same 15 lb range. I will do well throughout the day but when I get home all bets are off. I know that I'm not making a good choice when I get 2 ice cream sandwiches from the freezer at 150 calories each and do it anyway. I've had days that I telly recorded everything and didn't care that I went over in my calories but mostly I just don't record everything when I'm home. I don't know what I need besides motivation.
I've lost 60 lbs and I'm very proud of that but that doesn't seem to be enough to keep me going.
I have 90 to go. I know I can do it but at the moment I dint know how.
