100 days of exercise day 10

Today I rode the bike again for 30 minutes. My back is feeling much better today. I think sleep, stretching and doing the leg exercises on the floor really helped it. I was nice and traded shifts so I am working until 11 pm tonight. In 3 hours and 20 minutes my 2 hard days of work will be over for the week and I will just have my 3 office days left. I must say after not having to work swing shift for a month and then working it twice in the last 4 days I do not miss it and will happy to go back to day shift.
