I guess I am safe now saying that I am back in the 100's after many years in the twos. Each range that I am able to achieve is a bit of a yo yo as I learn what it takes for me to stay in that zone. So I honestly think of every 5 pounds as the new goal. It has been a slow process that I really thought would go faster, so that has also been an adjustment. If I stay on the track that I have been on for 2016, I have had to adjust my ultimate goal weight to another 6 months beyond my initial expectation. I don't think that is unrealistic,as it certainly took me longer than 6 months to gain the weight. Plus I really think that losing weight slowly really does reinforce what adjustments and tweaks my nutrition requires and yet still being able to be satisfied and not feel deprived with what I am eating.
So looking to the next 5.
