This team has helped many people become healthier. Whatever you need, there is a team to help you begin to focus. Some teams focus on exercise/fitness, others look at nutrition, while others are there for support or to help you focus on you. My personal favorite team is Azure which is a team of fun loving supportive members that like to have fun while implementing a healthy lifestyle. Check BLC out and see what it has to offer that can help you. I have lost over 90 pounds. This team is a great way to help you get out of you comfort zone.

Sitting out this round. I keep finding that BLC and travel just doesn't work well and I'll be doing a good deal of it in October. Looking toward Round 33. Have a good one!
