lists lists and more lists

This will be my final entry. Okay this is not really my final entry but it is the last entry before my trip. We leave tomorrow about 3pm. Hubby does not get off til 2pm and then we have to load the car and leave. I have started the countdown til my appointment.I have 44 hours and 45 minutes. Okay I know that borders on excessive but you haven't heard anything yet. I have also made a to do list with a timeline on it. One for me and one for my daughter while we are gone. So far I am on track with everything for today except I forgot to put eat lunch on there and I didn't remember until 3pm that I needed to eat. I make lists because:
!. I always forget something. Last trip I forgot the extra oxygen tanks. We had to turn around and come back for them. Thank goodness we didn't get very far.
2. I need a list to stay organized and not get stressed.
3. A timeline keeps me in control so I don't have a panic attack at the last minute because I have not gotten everything done and
4. I am watching my youngest grandchild this evening. She is 18 months old. So I know I will not be able to get anything done.
So anyway that is why I make the lists and timelines. I started the list two weeks ago and have just added to it as I thought of things I had to do.
I am going to miss all of you while I am gone but you will be in my prayers and in my heart. I have become so accustomed to waking up to sparkpeople and ending every evening on here as well. I am not sure I will know what else to do.
I will be able to keep up with my exercising as hubby is burning a DVD with the exercise videos I use. So I can take it to use at my sister's house. He really is my best friend and the love of my life. Now see, that just reminded me that I did not put my weights on the list to pack. See, you are helping me again.
Today when I weighed myself the scales showed 286.2. My goal was to be 286 in the summer challenge by today so I am counting that as a big win for me!
Okay time for today's fun fact...
Did you know that there are over 8000 different varieties of grapes? Grape growing is the largest food industry in the world and the average person eats 8 pounds of grapes a year. The oldest grapevine in America is 400 years old. Napa Valley in California has 200 wineries. This is the highest concentration of wineries in the world. Okay that is it from me. I pray that each of you stay well over the next few days and remember to smile and laugh often. Do not forget to tell yourselves how amazing you truly are. Remember who created you and He does not make mistakes only works of great art.

    Lol. You are not alone on the list making habit! Drives my hubby crazy, but it keeps me from forgetting my head...lol. And yes, l also make timelines for any day that l need to be somewhere, or even to have a special meal made on time. Safe journeys!
