100 days of exercise day 50

I have made it halfway. There have definitely been many days I would not have exercised with out this challenge. Some days have been better than others. Sometimes I only have done 10 minutes of stretching one day I did a 10k and when you are as slow as I am that takes a really long time.
Today I rode the bike for 30 minutes. Once my knee is feeling a bit better I am going to increase my bike time to 45 minutes. I feel I have established a good consistent routine of riding the bike 3 or 4 times per week.
Hopefully I can be as consistent for the next 50 days as I was for the first 50.
