my slip diet

I kind of slip away from my diet, but not very serious. Last night I was so tired I cannot even open my eyes. I was so sleepy. So I miss my yoga today... I feel so guilty about it....

    It's okay to let go once in a while. We're humans, not machines. The key is to not give up when you do happen to slip. Take each day as it comes, and try to make the best of it. As you wrote on the 14th, you have already improved a lot in many areas of your life :)
