As I start any day with the 3 steps of Thrive, I'm excited for this cooler weather to get outside with my furbabies. I'm working hard to increase fitness and decrease my foods in both volume and types. No sugar, refined carbs, and increase water. Although I don't know how I can drink much more water. 😆
