100 days of exercise day 70

I woke up at 4 am because my back hurt so bad. It probably wasn't the best idea to move all the books around the other day. I only did 20 minutes on the bike in the morning and was planning on doing another 20 to 30 minutes in the afternoon but unfortunately the general manager called in sick so I had to go work his shift until 8pm. So basically the day did not go as planned but I am glad I was able to get at least a little bit of exercise in this morning.
