October a month to shine!

While it's so easy to get busy everyday I'm taking the time to focus on nutrition first! I've always enjoyed the fitness part of the puzzle, I love the feeling and stress relief it provides. Now I'm taking the energy everyday to write my food before I bite it. I know this will be key in removing this extra baggage weight. Remember extra calories are just energy waiting to be burned away. Work hard and smart to take it off!


I'm doing boot camp and three days of jogging to highlight my results!

We can do this!
