Snacking

So I always been over weight since I was little my problem is I really am not hungry to eat a meal I just snack thru out the day any advice

    Prep your snacks...I keep two food logs. I do them weekly on spark people to help me know I'm eating right..prep and then keep daily track on my fitness pal.

    small meals throughout the day, making sure you have a small amount of protein with each one

    log in food, water and workouts

    if you go under calories it is going to not do you any good as it could put your body into starvation mode and you will still have a hard time losing weight
