What I feel I'm doing right

So I get to post/reflect/blog about what I'm doing right this BLC. Here's what I think so far:

1. Taking my time and realizing that I didn't get fat over night so I won't be getting skinny over night either.
2. Little by little, bit by bit, I'm trying to track more and more on a daily basis.
3. Truly trying to up my exercising which really needs to be more than just walking.
4. Standing firm in the fact that I DO NOT have to eat when I have a good weigh in, struggle with my emotions, or just struggling all over which has been the case this past week.

I'm just one person but I'm trying to better myself with losing weight. I'll get there. It's just taking a little bit longer than other people. That's okay!!!!
