100 days of exercise day 76,77,78,79 and 80

The beginning of October has been awful for me and I am so behind on everything, however I did manage to get my exercise in. Friday I rode the bike for 30 minutes and did Yoga for 30 minutes, Saturday I rode the bike for 30 minutes and did yoga for 10, Sunday I did yoga for 10 minutes and Monday I did yoga for 30 minutes. Today I worked out with my trainer for 60 minutes. Starting today the rest of the month should be a little more mellow and life a little easier.
