I'm staying the course all though the scale isn't moving. I've been at this for 3 weeks now and I've lost a lil less than 3 pounds. In looking back over the past weeks I see where I could've been better about what I ate. I've been doing cardio and weights 3 days and just cardio 2 days. My overall strength and endurance is much better and I'm not as tired as before which is definitely a plus! Looking forward to next week with a new eating plan and renewed focus!! My motto Never Give Up just Keep Moving Forward👍🏾😉
