At this stage I am going to maintain my weight for several weeks.
Then I plan to start my eating program again and do another cycle of weight loss.
There are two main reasons for this.
Firstly, this will allow my body to get accustomed to my new weight.
Secondly, this will be an opportunity to learn to eat for weight maintenance.
The foods I will eat will continue to be foods that produce no adverse reactions.
I am looking forward to the break from the strictness and I will be happier to resume the eating program after this maintenance break.
