Tonight I just wasn't hungry!
Boy have things changed!
Previously I would be eating constantly!
Anyway I did need to eat as it was a long time since my afternoon fruit and even longer time since lunch.
I should have taken a photo of the meal it looked delicious and tasted even better.
My dinner was a quick chicken stir fry using chicken breast, coconut oil, lots of bok choy, garlic, freshly grated turmeric and ginger then seasoned with Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper. This was completed with fresh strawberries as my final fruit serving for the day.
