I saw something on facebook today about look what a year can do and all the weight she lost. I just looked at myself and thought I am at the same place I was last year. I am having such a hard time losing the weight. I do realize though that I am in a better place then I was last year. I recently got married in July and just moved into a new house with my husband. I still have struggles everyday with my daughter and the things her father is saying to her about me, but I need to let it go and move on. I think with us moving and i purged a lot of stuff from my apartment and house is not as cluttered, it will make me get motivated a little more. I am able to get my exercise in, just can't get my eating under control. I just need to set my mind to it and lose this weight.

    It's hard to be concerned about weight when in the middle of life changes - even good ones. Keep coming back and working on it without giving up. Then one day it will be your turn to be the one who lost a lot of weight the year before.

    I had a kinda restart to life or second chance experience, and it REALLY helped. Lost 30lbs like Boom! (Though, the last ten have been much harder.) Best of luck! emoticon

    It's the same thing I struggle with as well.
    For me, it's managing that I eat only when I am hungry.
    Often I eat when I'm bored, or when I'm procrastinating / avoiding doing something.
    I think that knowing that, makes it easier to spot when it happens.

    Maybe a vision board could help. I like to vusualize my goals. It's a work in progress.
