This is day #1 of my 5 week effort to clean up my eating habits before surgery. I'm going to have a hysterectomy so what better time to lose a few pounds and lower my carbs and cholesterol. I need to watch those better anyway...and keep on keeping on. Tonight I've planned a great salad for dinner so I won't feel deprived. emoticon emoticon
