I can do this!

In 2012, after my daughter was born, I weighed in at 205. Too much for my 5'5" frame. I worked hard, and followed a strict, doctor managed diet, and lost 60 lbs in 12 weeks. I managed it by following the plan with my parents and having the support of my husband and best friend. I have kept the weight off for 4 years. I think that somewhere along the way I began to take my weight for granted. I have fallen into a slump. I have a new job that has me less active, and tend to eat more junk than I should. The weight has started to creep back. After 4 years. So I have to make a decision. I have tried this before. I will make good choices during the work week, and then let myself have a 'free' day on the weekend which leads into a free weekend. And then I am done. This time I have to do it. I have to find the motivation to do this. I was at 160 2 days ago. I have made good choices so far. Now I have to keep my motivation.
