Conquering my bad habits

This week I found my real motivation. Monday was day 1 for me. I have stayed within my calories. And to me that means I have been eating the right foods. Lots of veggies and some fruit. And good healthy proteins. I am limiting my bread I take and ignoring the potato chips and cookies that my co-workers seem to be flaunting lately. I am ready to get myself back on track!
