A quiet time

I'm still here! Been kind of quiet on Spark, but I am still trying. I've continued to make progress though I'm not exercising quite as hard. I found that I needed to increase my calorie intake. WHAT!!?? Yes! I stalled for a good month or so and was losing energy. I increased my calories from 1200 - 1500 to 1300 to 1600. Don't be afraid to eat...healthy! Be sure to give your body good fuel. I'm definitely not perfect but I know I am so much more healthy than I was and that's what counts!! I can also finally do a push up from my toes!!!! Thats a big accomlishment for me. I can only do 2-3 at a time but hey! Happy and healthy eating and moving :)
