I wasn't feeling like vlogging today. Mainly because time got away from me. But here is the daily update!
Breakfast: Eggs and bacon
Lunch: Rice, chicken, steak and asparagus. *like a teriyaki bowl*
Dinner: Balsamic glazed pork, salad and sweet potato
Snack: 2 meat sticks from the gas station lol.
Prepped my lunches for the rest of the week... same as what I ate today! Except with brussel sprouts instead of asparagus.
20 mins of bicep/tricep exercises.
20 mins of stair climber.. about died...
20 mins of really easy walk on treadmill.
Came home from the gym and CRASHED on the couch! Ya know that feeling where your body is just TIRED from exercise? Yeah. That's me right now. so cozy and content! I will see you all tomorrow! :D
