Sitting at home while trying to be on a diet is hard work. I woke up and did my workout on the Wii Zumba 21 minutes, yay me! I've then made myself a quick breakfast, drank 28 ounces of water, cut some strawberries, and went to the movies. At the movies I had my strawberries and when I came home I drank another 20 ounces of water. I made myself a burrito and then I drink another 20 ounces of water. My husband fried some chicken gizzards and it was very very hard to stay away from them. I also baked some chicken wings. I tracked my gizzards,played on SparkPeople and another app that I use, then I decided to do another Leslie Sansone 1 mile walk. Feeling Good! Feeling accomplished! Day 2 done!
