Ready For Round 2!!!

Wednesday, January 04, 2017

Hello again old friends, and maybe some new ones! I have come back after taking about 5 months off. When I left, around July/August, I had just reached a healthy weight of 150lbs. I contribute my success to the SparkPeople app, the community here, and all the support I received. I can gladly say, that for the last 5 months, I have maintained my healthy weight! There are many reasons for my hiatus: medical issues, family obligations, career move (to name a few). However, I knew I would be back. While I am extremely proud that I have maintained my healthy weight for almost half a year, it is not my ultimate goal weight. I am now more settled and able to focus on my next goal, my next goal weight. I am currently 150lbs and 5'7", my goal/ideal weight is 135lb. I came back to SparkPeople because this is where I have found the advice, guidance and support I need. I wish everyone reading this success in the New Year!!!

Great job! It's just as difficult maintaining weight as it is to lose it. Btw, your username gave me the giggles
