January Week 1

We have ended the first week of January. I worked out everyday this week for at least 20 minutes a day. I ate healthier. I had at least two salads this week. I had rotisserie chicken. I baked my chicken instead of frying it.I I logged into SparkPeople everyday. I drank water every day. I passed up popcorn at the movies. I didn't drink any soda this week. By doing all this I lost weight this week!
