I'm on my way

I'm ecstatic to see the number on the scale moving down! I am going to keep it moving down I am committed and will keep making changes to my habits to make sure it happens. This morning I weighed myself first thing in the morning before drinking water or eating anything, in my pj's because it's just too cold lol and I will continue to do it this way. I had a couple of nights in which I had alcoholic beverages and I will change that to only one night per week to make sure I keep loosing.
