While I was off work and had time, I worked out everyday. I tracked everyday. I drank all my water. But now, I'm back to work, which is teaching middle school, back to grad school, and at a loss for time to drink water, workout, and follow the program like I want to. And is the Fitbit tracking too much. I didn't work out, but it's giving me credit for burning 800 calories. Confused. Hoping to find some time to continue losing weight.
