While I was off work and had time, I worked out everyday. I tracked everyday. I drank all my water. But now, I'm back to work, which is teaching middle school, back to grad school, and at a loss for time to drink water, workout, and follow the program like I want to. And is the Fitbit tracking too much. I didn't work out, but it's giving me credit for burning 800 calories. Confused. Hoping to find some time to continue losing weight.

    Your fit bit tracks your movements, your steps so you are doing more than you realize. I rely on mine.

    Give it a few days and you'll find you are back in a routine like you were when you were off ... maybe not as much but after you get started you can do more.
