I hate feeling like this

I have been back on track for 1.5 weeks. Keeping in my calorie range. Planning my meals. I work at an office that gets outside lunch provided from time to time. Yesterday it was pizza and pasta. Today it is Chinese food. I avoided that food yesterday and kept on my plan. I am avoiding the food today and sticking to my plan. BUT I FEEL TERRIBLE!!!! I hate this! I want to eat yummy good food and LOTS of it. Not my sad chicken noodle soup and oyster crackers. Why is this such a struggle for me???? My goal is to lose some weight for my nephews wedding in August. I am sick of looking fat faced in all my pictures. I would like to lose enough weight to may start jogging again. But is so damn hard emotionally. Eating well _feels_AWFUL. I hate that!
