It's me again

I'm not good at writing blogs so this will be short and sweet.
My goals for February:
Eat more fruits and veggies (at least 3-5 daily)
Measure my food more consistently (sporadic now)
Increase my water intake (currently only get 2 glasses).
Do at least 5 minutes of exercise 3 times a week (currently not doing any)
Read more blogs
Last but not least - Lose 5 lbs
I lost 3.6 lbs in January but it was a lose one week gain the next roller coaster.
It may be overwhelming to tackle all this in one month but if I accomplish just one it will be an improvement. Wish me luck.
