The new recipies are doing exactly what I had intended - adding a little bit of variation to my life! How can I tell? Some of them have joined my regular rotation! Last night DH wanted pizza for dinner so I ended up having the pizza with pesto, goat cheese and arugula I made last month. Again, it was delicious.
Tonight we're having burgers so I went out looking for a new recipe to accompany them. After searching Spark Recipes I found these zucchini fries!
I'll let you know how they taste in my next blog but I have good feelings about them!
Do you ever just *feel* like you're going to have a good weigh in?
My week has been very positive and I'm just feeling lighter. Am I jinxing my morning tomorrow? I really hope not. I should remind myself that regardless of my weight tomorrow feeling like everything is going well and looking like you've lost weight is an important step to appreciate and celebrate!
Work is crazy right now - so it's time to get back at it! But I'll be back tomorrow with a review of my new recipe, another CrossFit class under my belt and a plan for another healthy weekend!
