What Have I Learned From the STARS?

Friday, February 03, 2017

My Shooting Star team that is. I have been helping lead the Shooting Stars for several Challenges now, and it is such a wonderful feeling walking along side these amazing people. I love reading the responses to the Question Of The Day, the fun games we play, the introductions, the conversations in our GALAXY ROOM and every blog the team mates write.

So what have I learned?

emoticon No matter how far apart we are, my team mates are real and wonderful people, who care about each other. They make it easy to reach out and seek support as needed. Someone is always on and ready to grab your hand and pull you up and onward. The next hug and cheer is just around the corner.

emoticon Perfection is overrated. Traveling together and getting to the destination is the goal. How we get there? Doesn't really matter as long as we keep at it. Everyone can come and everyone is welcome.

emoticon We are all quicker to forgive each other than we are to forgive ourselves. Time to take a hint and treat our own selves with a bit more love and respect. (insert group hug)

Feeling warm and fuzzy right about now. Time to get up and get moving.

All so true! ...especially that last one! This is all a big learning experience. The coolest things...we are all learning different lessons...and sharing them...so we get so much more info than on our own! Hope you find fun and celebration in the weekend! Blessings! Thanks for the encouragement! Spark on! emoticon
