It's been a while

I haven't written in a while. I felt like I was getting a little obsessed with reaching my weight loss goal. I took some time off from tracking. I never stopped running though. I've gained about 8 or 9lbs back. 😕 It was like my mind said "Well your not tracking your food, so you should eat whatever you want. You won't feel guilty about it if you can't see it written down." My runs have really slowed down because of the bad food I've been eating. I've been sick with different illness all winter. My body just couldn't fight all the germs off without proper nutrition. I'm finally starting to feel better. I'm starting to track my food again, and I've added 2 weight training sessions in with my running. My goal is to run 1000 miles this year, and to lose the rest of the weight I gained by April 1st which is the day I run my first half marathon.
