Forty down,forty to go

I did this first forty just trying to live well and honor my daughter's memory. This second forty three is for me! I've hit a stand still. Not getting near enough calories to move the scale. I've changed my workouts, drink half gallon of water a day. Added weight training, but nothing is going to help if I'm not getting enough calories. So frustrated!
