Food discoveries...

Well it has happened. After eating well for 4 weeks, the foods I enjoyed to splurge on most no longer taste fantastic. One's too sugary, another not filling, another upsets the tum. Its a good problem I know and gives me hope for my future healthy eating self. emoticon

    I know what you mean about things not tasting as good as we remembered they did.
    I went through a phase when I was really craving something and while shopping I would
    look at the food in one case it was a Reese's cup and I just remembered how good it tasted,
    then I looked at the calories and put it back on the shelf and told my self it really is not worth
    the calories because I already know how it tastes.

    Funny I lost my taste for a lot of used to be favorite foods, I look forward to a fresh apple or an orange now instead of sweets.
    I love my salads and have one every day for lunch or for dinner it would not be a good day without
    my crispy salad.

    Keep up the good work my friend, one day at a time and keeping exercise going with a break for fun.
