will i know i havent even lost any wt. I have tired very hard and it seems to me all i do is gain. and i have been watching what i eat. so here i go again

    Just keep eating right and exercising and weight loss will happen. Also, track your food, you might be eating more than what you think.

    You can do it !! If you are exercising as well you weight gain may be muscle and it weighs more than fat. Give it time sometimes we don't see any changes at first but you are changing you are eating healthy and that's what really matters
