Emotional eating

Didn't really really realize this was a thing. Holy cow it's getting bad. Trying to keep the bad stuff out of my house because I clearly can't be trusted. Life has been pretty stressful lately... I won't even check the scale. I plan to get back in track asap... this is getting bad.

    Indeed, you are not alone. Disordered eating is quite common. It takes effort to win this battle, but with SparkPeople, you can do it!

    I suffer from this also. I didn't know it was a real thing either until I was talking to friend one day and she told me. I still have problems with it ,but I am trying my best to overcome it,and I will I know it.

    Welcome to the club-it's a big club! I cannot have any sweets I enjoy in the house. It's tough. I am trying to get in more exercise since the endorphins help lift my mood when stressed. I am at a better place, but I have to be mindful and make sure I set myself up for success. You can do this and we are here for you! We sparkpeople are much more awesome than any cookie, candy or brownie, right?!
