Healthy meals

Back on Spark after a year of slacking off on being accountable for the food that I consume... gained weight 20lbs. of the 60 I had lost...So I have to start counting those calories again if I'm ever going to succeed in losing the 50 + lbs that have a hold on my body. This is my first week back and I'm motivated and determined to get to a healthier weight. This is a good low calorie meal and only 250 to 300 calories. My lunch today...YUMMY !
