I have been MIA for...far too long. I've gotten back on the running train. Eating better after booting my ex from my house and making all-around better choices. I want to race, I want to be healthy again.

I've said it before, I know how and what to do. It's beyond time. I have about a month until my first race of the season. I'd like to be down ~10 pounds by then.
