Worked out so hard last night - felt very good to do 40 mins of running intervals on my treadmill & get very sweaty ! I had already completed 21 day fix cardio fix and it felt so hard but good to really try my best!! Going to keep giving it my full efforts to get to my goals ! ❤️👍
