30 Days of Gratitude - Day 16

Tuesday, April 18, 2017

Today's gratitude prompt for Day 16 from (http://textmyjournal.com/grat
itude-journal-prompts/) is:

What about your body are you grateful for?

Over they years I haven't exactly treated my body with the respect it required. Despite this my body has been amazing and continues to be amazing. There is so much I am grateful about my body. I am most grateful that it has responded so positively and quickly to the respect I have been showing it. My body loves the clean healthy food choices I have been making and the regular walking I now do. My body has responded by releasing many kilos of weight, having more energy, resting easily and being refreshed. My body is truly amazing. I am very grateful to have this body and am grateful for all the wonderful things it enables me to do.

What about your body are you grateful for?

I have to admit, I have never thought what I am grateful for with my body. I will have to think about that one.

I agree with everything you said! It's kind of like my plants - just the least amount of love and attention, and you can see/feel how much it is appreciated! I am grateful for all that my body allows me to do.

Like you, I am grateful for the way my body quickly responds to good treatment. Like an old friend who has been neglected but still loves me, I find my body willing to be resilient if I am willing to renew the love. ;^♡

I appreciate my brain the most.... and the fact that I use it to make better choices for a healthier lifestyle. I took this for granted in the past. emoticon emoticon emoticon
