These are my victories from last week:
* Evening workout 7 days a week (7/7) - P90X3
* Get 7 hours of sleep every night (3/7) - Baby steps
* Meditate at least 10 minutes every day - (5/7)
* Lose 1 lb per week - I gained a pound, but I had a big meal the night before weigh-in. Hopefully it will drop next week.
* Weekly weigh-in (9 lbs / goal)
