Setting stage for success

Ok. Have my materials for new Sparks notebook. Have a few more days of work ahead for my husband so will have to set notebook aside for now. I found some previous WW and remember EDiets.com? notes, exercises, menus, formulas for carbs-fat-protein, lots pics from mags for goals pulling together. I setting stage for success this time. I learned I used to eat out of boredom, but no more. It all about the type of activity now I been home a year March 25 from office work to nursery plant worker and barely any weight loss. Well no more. I ready to dig in.
