Weekly Victories

These are my victories from last week:

* Evening workout 7 days a week (6/7) - P90X3 - I took a rest day

* Get 7 hours of sleep every night (4/7) - Baby steps

* Meditate at least 10 minutes every day - (6/7)

* Lose 1 lb per week - I stayed about the same

* Weekly weigh-in (9 lbs / goal)
