Today is a day for getting back in the plan. I've been way to laid back in my weight loss efforts. I do pretty good, but just going over my calorie limit enough to stop any loss from happening. Time to refocus. Joined the premium plan today so I hope that helps me get motivated enough to get it going again. One thing I plan to change for sure is my couple of glasses of wine in the evening. Looking for something to put in my wine glass to substitute for a mental fix. I don't like artificial sweeteners, so I'm looking for something no calorie and a bit more pizaz than water. After drinking water all day long I would like something with a bit more taste. Maybe lemon or cucumber will help. Wish me luck and any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Thanks everyone for your comment and encouragement. Yesterday I made water infused with lemon, cucumber and mint. Googled it and found it is called sassy water from the fat belly diet. It's good, so I will try that for now until it is time for a glass of wine. Still gotta live, right? Keep on keeping on everyone.

    I like adding cucumbers to my water. I do lemons too. A few times on a suggestion from another spark member, I added grapes.

    Maybe a sparkling flavored water at night with some fruit in it. Or do you like tea? there are so many flavored herbals teas.

    Congratulations getting back on track. Take it in baby steps, cut down your portions a little, try to be active for at least ten minutes a day then after a couple weeks of getting used to those steps, start exploring new, healthy recipes and workouts.
