Today is a day for getting back in the plan. I've been way to laid back in my weight loss efforts. I do pretty good, but just going over my calorie limit enough to stop any loss from happening. Time to refocus. Joined the premium plan today so I hope that helps me get motivated enough to get it going again. One thing I plan to change for sure is my couple of glasses of wine in the evening. Looking for something to put in my wine glass to substitute for a mental fix. I don't like artificial sweeteners, so I'm looking for something no calorie and a bit more pizaz than water. After drinking water all day long I would like something with a bit more taste. Maybe lemon or cucumber will help. Wish me luck and any suggestions will be appreciated.
