Changing things up again, maybe

I'm not sure my weekly goal blogs are helping to motivate me right now. They helped in the past, but I'm going to try to think of other ideas.

    I read an article recently about finances that I'm trying to apply to other areas of my life as well. That it doesn't really help to set the financial goals it helps when you set the processes in place that help you achieve those goals. So for instance, if I want to save $6000 this year, then I need to save $500/month. To achieve that I can establish a separate savings account, sign up for acorns that deposits my change from a transaction into that account, I can automatically defer $150 from each pay check to the savings account, I can shop around to make sure that account is the highest yield account possible. And by putting automated systems in place, I am more likely to make that goal.

    It might be worth shifting your focus to the processes that enable you to make your different fitness goals rather than the goals themselves and seeing if that helps your motivation.
