Food Diary: Wed 5/31

Breakfast: High protein oatmeal & coffee w/ creamer
Snack: None (wasn't hungry)
Lunch: Spring mix lettuce w/ grilled chicken and celery
Snack: Greek yogurt w/ pb
PreWorkout: Luna Protein bar (maybe only half, we'll see)
Dinner: Not sure yet... maybe chicken and green beans or another salad. It will be something that is quick once I get home late from class
Workout: 30min walk on lunch and kickboxing class after work
I'm a little more nervous for class tonight than I was last week. I think because now I know how hard it is
Honestly, I know I won't be the fittest/thinnest one there. I know I'll sweat. I know it will be hard BUT I know I'll get through it.
Here is my worry...
Remember a few blogs ago when I confessed to crying at home in the middle of my sit-up workout?? Well I seen a video the kickboxing gym posted where the cool down (where you do a few partner exercises) was sit-ups. It freaked me out. I know there will come a time where I show up for class and have to face sit-ups, I just hope it's after I have a few under my belt and am a little stronger.
