This is a very odd feeling

I am doing things very differently this time around. I have eating guidelines but I am not tracking or attempting to stay in a calorie range. This is more about controlling my eating than restricting my intake. It doesn't feel that difficult to do. So far I have had some success. The odd thing is I have no 'end point' in mind. I have an idea of what would be a healthy weight for me but I have no idea if this plan will get me there or not. I am hoping my body will shed the extra weight as I control my eating. I am not sure when my weight will stabilize or if it will. It makes me kind of nervous. I am just going to see what happens.
Here is to doing it differently.
